Mandala Purchasing is an application that supports purchasing process management for hotels in the SPC system. The application is designed to optimize the working efficiency of the purchasing department, department head, chief accountant and GM/OM, with clear data authorization.

Main functions
* Purchasing department:
* Set up supplier prices for each item.
* Assign prices to PR (Purchase Request) vouchers.
* Create PO (Purchase Order) from PR, automatically group items with the same supplier into one PO to send to the supplier.
* Department head, chief accountant, GM/OM:
* Approve PR at the corresponding level, ensuring a transparent and fast approval process.
* Shared functions:
* PR PC: look up order status.
