Gia Lai is a province with a natural area of over 21,576 km², the second largest in the country, with a population of over 3.5 million people. This land is a unique crystallization of two cultural regions: on one side is the spirit of speed, innovation and determination of the sunny and windy Central coastal strip; on the other side is the wild beauty, rich in cultural identity of the Central Highlands ethnic groups, where large rivers, vast forests and green coffee hills converge. This blend creates a diverse and rich Gia Lai, likened to a "miniature Vietnam", where culture, people and nature converge.

Located in a strategic position, the center of the Central Highlands - South Central Coast region, Gia Lai possesses a comprehensive development space. The province has abundant human resources, a solid industrial and agricultural foundation. The synchronous transport infrastructure system, connecting seaports, airports, national highways, expressways and railways, creates favorable conditions for regional economic linkages, from coastal plains to highlands.

With the desire for innovation and a different development policy, Gia Lai is rising to become a new growth pole, a bright star on the map of artificial intelligence (AI) and semiconductor industry of Vietnam. To achieve this goal, we have identified 5 key growth pillars, including:

Developing processing and manufacturing industry: Turning this industry into a pillar of the economy, based on advantages in labor, agriculture and exploitation of coastal economic zones. At the same time, focusing on developing renewable energy industry and green industry.
