We developed a Remedi Application which will make managing your plan easier

We have developed the Remedi app, which will make managing your benefit option easier and more convenient.

Key features
• Health and fitness: The app provides resources for nutrition and weight management, activity and fitness, sleep management and stress management. It also offers tools for managing various diseases and conditions.
• Medical: The app includes clinical decision support, healthcare services and management, resources for mental and behavioural health and you can link medical devices.
• Account management: Keep track of your Medical Savings Account (MSA) details and balance. Access your digital membership card anytime, anywhere, even if you don’t have your physical card with you.
• Claims: View your most recent healthcare service claim details and search through 12 months of claims.
• Healthcare provider search: Find a healthcare professional easily with the necessary information provided under ‘Healthcare provider’.
• Your benefit option: View your medical aid details, approved chronic conditions and track your benefit use under ‘Your Plan’. Search for other application forms, your medical aid membership certificate and your tax certificate.
• Your health: Access your current health record under the ‘Your Health’ tab.

The app is available to download for all Remedi members. However, you must register on the Remedi website (www.yourremedi.co.za) before you can log in to the Remedi app. You will use the same username and password that you use for the Remedi website.
