Out visiting a client? On vacation? Maybe you prefer to work from your smartphone or tablet? No worries! IMT Link gives Agents mobile access to their IMT and Wadena policyholder’s information anytime, anywhere.
IMT Agents can use IMT Link to perform the following functions:
- Perform a customer search of your insureds
- Access your insured’s policy declarations, ID Cards, and policy limits
- Send ID Cards to insureds over AirDrop, iMessage and more
- Submit photos to Underwriting
- View details of your insured’s claims
- Review your Agency’s new, open, and closed claims, as well as recent payments
- Communicate with the IMT Adjuster assigned to a claim
- Contact your IMT representatives from the customized directory
- View a snapshot of your insured’s billing information
- Submit payments on behalf of your insureds
