Use 2PEAK to generate an individual and dynamic training plan for triathlon (Ironman, Ironman 70.3, olympic distance, short distance and any other distance), cycling or running (marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k and any other distance). The training plan adapts to your time budget and changes after each training session you were unable to complete on schedule. 2PEAK optimises your training according to your goals and follows you if you cannot follow the plan.
WHY 2PEAK?
- Whether you have many years of training experience or have just started a regular training programme, 2PEAK optimises your training according to the time you have and follows your goals.
- 2PEAK is DYNAMIC (adapts to changes in your programme) and ADAPTIVE (adapts to deviations from your goals, regardless of whether you can/should train more or less intensively than you set out to).
- Controls the intensity and volume of training via heart rate, pace or power (for both running and cycling).
- Upload workouts from the app to your Garmin Watch or Apple Watch.
- Synchronise your plan with Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, Strava, Coros and many others and upload completed workouts directly to your training diary.
- Training plans for Ironman, Ironman 70.3, olympic distance, short distance, ultra and sprint races, marathon, half marathon, 10 miles, 10k, 5k, duathlon. Especially popular are the training plans for Ironman, Ironman 70.3, olympic triathlon and Granfondo cycling.
- The 2PEAK training plan also recognises your strengths and weaknesses and allows you to work on and develop them.
