FIELD ENTRY
Enter crew daily reports directly from the field eliminating paper reports and double entry. Data is entered once on the mobile device or web based daily report and flows through the system to create payroll and equipment times cards as well as other charges to the job. A review and approval process allows you to verify the data before sending it to payroll.
CAPTURE KEY INFORMATION
• Crew Labor - Build crews and enter hours spent on the project by day using regular, overtime and double time hours as required.
• Equipment -Enter hours by piece of equipment broken out by working, standing/idol, or breakdown.
• Quantities Installed- Track productivity.
• Inventory- Directly enter and charge materials used or
purchased for the project.
• Miscellaneous - Collect other charges such as reimbursable expenses.
REVIEW AND APPROVAL
The completed Daily Timesheet is submitted for review and approval, typically to the project manager, at the end of the day. Upon approval, the charges are created and approved labor hours can be pulled into the Payroll module. Duplicate entry and paper reports are eliminated.
