• If you see a local non-emergency problem that needs attention like a pothole or safety issue, report and track it using the Newell Connect App.
• Newell Connect uses GPS to recognize your location and gives you a menu of the most common problems to select from for both City of Brooks and County of Newell residents.
• Newell Connect allows you to upload pictures of concern to accompany your request.
• Newell Connect can also be used for a variety of other issues such as street maintenance, damaged trees, plowing or grading issues, and much more!
