Reserve washing machines and dryers for free
With our app, you can check whether there are any washing machines or dryers currently in use in your laundry room; when not in use, you can reserve them for free – directly from your sofa, when on the go, or from anywhere you choose. If there currently is no machine available … Not a problem! Enter our virtual waiting queue and save your spot in line to automatically getting the next machine when it becomes available! We will notify you as soon as your appliance is waiting for you.

Cashless payment
No more collecting special coins or buying tokens! With WeWash, you can pay for your washing and drying conveniently directly via the app. You can choose from a wide range of international payment options such as credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and many more. Keep track of the costs with our simple, GDPR compliant and easy to understand invoicing.

Always stay up to date
You will receive regular updates on the state of your laundry via push notifications: Whether your position in the waiting queue changes; your laundry cycle has started successfully; or your laundry is now ready for pick up: You will enjoy full transparency about your reservations, pick up times, and costs.

No matter what questions you might have, our customer support is always there for you. We offer you several self-help options and a help center which allows you to contact us conveniently and directly within the app

The WeWash app is available in several languages – you can change the language at any time in the profile settings.
