Staff can redeem using one of three methods:
QR Code Redemption: Quickly scan the QR code on the customer’s voucher or gift card.
NFC Redemption: Use the device’s NFC reader to redeem NFC-compatible gift cards.
Manual Code Entry: Enter the code from the customer’s voucher or gift card manually.
The app supports both full and partial redemptions, and all transactions sync in real time to your VoucherCart account.
