App Description

Classic Hearts — play offline vs smart AI.
No internet required. No sign-up. Just a lively four-player trick-taking game that rewards planning, passing strategy, and careful endgame play.

Hearts is an “evasion” trick-taking card game: the goal is to score fewer points than your opponents. The game ends when any player exceeds 100 points, and the lowest score wins.

Why you’ll like Classic Hearts
• Offline play vs AI — no internet required
• No account / no sign-up
• Difficulty: Easy or Hard
• Stats tracking to measure improvement
• Trick review during the round and hand replay at the end
• Highly customisable rules (including Shoot the Moon variants)

Rules and options
• Optional Jack of Diamonds worth -10 points
• Choose how Shooting the Moon is scored:
o Add 26 to opponents
o Subtract 26 from your score
o Conditional option (adds 26 to opponents unless it would cause you to lose)

Small Hearts (32-card option)
Want a faster game? Play Small Hearts using a streamlined 32-card deck (2–7 removed). The game ends when the first player exceeds 50 points.

Quickfire rules
After the deal, each player passes three cards. The player with the 2 of Clubs leads. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise they may play any card. Hearts and the Queen of Spades are penalty cards, and Hearts cannot be led until they have been “broken.”
At the end of each hand, penalty cards are totalled and added to each player’s score.
