خط مساندة الطفل هو خط إتصال مجاني يستقبل كافة المشاكل المتعلقة بالأطفال (دون سن الثامنة عشرة) ويقدم للمستخدمين المشورة, والإحالة للجهات المعنية, والمتابعة حسب ما تقتضيه الحالة.
ورسالتنا الاستجابة للاحتياجات المختلفة للطفولة في المملكة عبر رقم هاتفي مجاني وموحد والاستشارات الفورية، بهدف توفير المشورة للأطفال أو مقدمي الرعاية لهم، ومتابعة توفير خدمات الرعاية والحماية للأطفال عبر الجهات المسؤولة عن تقديم هذه الخدمات.
It is a unified toll; free line dedicated to children under the age of 18. It provide support & counseling services to the callers. Sometime it involves referral to the concerned authorities.
