• Personalize the Summary tab in the Fitness app on iPhone to see what is most important to you including your Activity Details, Workout, Mindfulness, and Dive sessions, Trends, Awards and more.
• Set goals and check your progress throughout the day.
• See details of your estimated active calories toward your move goal with the Move ring.
• Customize your rings by the day of the week or pause them for a rest day, week, month, or more.
• View your historical workouts from any third-party fitness app.

With Apple Watch
• See your total exercise minutes toward your Exercise ring, and your stand hours toward your Stand ring.
• See important metrics from each workout, like average pace, distance, calories burned, and more.
• Review your training load, which uses the intensity and duration of your workouts to help you understand the impact of your training over time.

SHARING TAB
• See how your friends stack up with highlights of their activity or start a friendly competition.
