The PennDOT "MHL" (Mileage & Hours Log) App allows Inspectors to create their weekly timesheet reports in the field directly from their iPad. The app dynamically guides the user through the timesheet process, allowing users to mimic the D-38 Consultant Hours and Mileage form.
