How it works:

- You set a goal and a deadline.
- The app represents your goal by a character who runs to the finish line. You have three free characters.
- As the deadline comes close, you should honestly tell if you have achieved the goal.
- If you fail, your character dies.
- You can buy a VIP character; that may help your motivation become financial as well!
- You can score points and spend them to buy the VIP character, too; it could be very painful to lose that one as well :)

Why does it work?
We often put off personal goals because we don’t lose anything if we fail; everything just stays as it is. A more strict deadline and possible tangible loss may dramatically increase your motivation.

What stops you from telling a lie in response to the question, “Has this goal been achieved?”
We assume that you are already tuned to self-motivation; that’s why you can accept the rules of the game. The general rule is to reply honestly no matter the circumstances are. Otherwise, there is no point in the game.

The app will not complete your tasks for you, but create necessary conditions and keep you motivated to achieve what you have in mind. The rest is up to you!
