10,000 Steps is a physical activity program here to help you move more each day! Delivered by the Physical Activity Research Group at CQUniversity, the Program supports individuals, organisations and communities to incorporate more activity into daily living through evidence-based tools and resources also available at 10000steps.org.au.

This mobile app does not count your steps.

On this app, you can:

· Add steps and minutes of activity

· Sync steps from Apple Health

· See progress towards your daily goal

· View progress graphs and steps statistics

· Access the annual Public Leaderboard

· Create personalised reminders

· Connect with friends and family

· View Group progress and compare steps

· View team Tournament progress

· Join Monthly Challenges from around the world

· Read evidence-based physical activity articles
