Blur photo effect editor app

With this app, you can blur, pixelate, or censor parts of an image, as well as add stickers to cover up unwanted areas. This app is especially useful for hiding faces and blurring background images in your social media photos. You can choose the shape (square, ellipse), the censorship mode (pixelation, blur), and the intensity. Hide faces in your images by either blurring or automatically pixelating them. The blur level and pixel square size are customizable.
