We use cognitive hypnotherapy (not meditation), a type of therapy that can transform your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours by teaching your brain more positive thought patterns.
Don’t worry, Clementine and our therapy won’t burden you. You can listen to our sessions anytime, even while sleeping, resting, walking, commuting, or doing daily tasks like brushing your teeth. Sessions range from 3 to 45 minutes, catering to different needs.
