By design, Asya is a privacy-focused app. The app doesn't store the content of conversations and doesn't transcribe anything into the text as the AI models are designed only to use biometric features of the voice. We only focus on aspects of your voice “fingerprint” that is not directly related to the content of the conversation. This ethical AI approach ensures the appropriate meta-data is used to give users useful and highly secure feedback.

Asya analytics are designed to give users awareness about their listening ratio which leads to increased awareness of the ability to make a better decision about how much and how the user listens. For instance, the user is in a conversation with a friend and he knows that he talks too much and is a poor listener. While they are conversing the user who is training himself to be a better listener can glance at their conversation “flower” and see if the flower is growing and the timer that shows he’s speaking & listening time. Additionally, the user can get “Tips by asya” which are basic heuristics that help the user make better decisions about his listening abilities. For instance, he can learn the importance of non-judgmental listening.
