This is an app which will be used by the Aditya Birla Sales person and external public to give their consent for the policy he/she has bought. The Customer will also provide a consent through the app. The complete video recording of this conversation will be recorded, and sent to the Central Operations team for scrutiny before Policy Issuance. This is to prevent mis-selling of the policy by the Sales person to their customers.
