EXERCISES

The app offers a variety of guided break exercises for your body and mind. The categories also include Pilates, Ergonomics, Mindfulness, Voice maintenance, and Youth. You can choose quick, one-minute exercises or enjoy longer warmups. All exercises are designed by professionals and are safe and easy to do.

INSTRUCTIONS

Download the app on up to five different devices, set your reminders, and choose the exercises that best suit your needs. Let the exercise videos shot in beautiful Finnish landscapes refresh your mind and body!
