DoWhistle is a continuous monitoring of need and provision based on location. It alerts (Whistles) when matching entities nearby. So, the nearest provider finds the nearest consumer or vice versa and get connected for immediate provision.

Consumers can see all the registered providers around anonymously or register and create whistle to get notified when a provider with a matching tag is nearby.
