Practice early-stage mental health exercises.
-Bird Breathing: An introduction to breathing exercises.
Paced Breathing: Learn to control and slow the pace of breath by following the bird’s wings up and down as you breathe in and out.
Diaphragm Breathing: Learn to breathe fuller and deeper breaths by expanding the belly (diaphragm) like a beach ball.
Nasal Inhale/Oral Exhale: Learn to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
