The Hunt For Wellness connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Hunt For Wellness. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As a Hunt For Wellness patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Hunt For Wellness provider. Communicate with Hunt For Wellness in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Hunt For Wellness patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Hunt For Wellness patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Hunt For Wellness uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
