This is the OttoLearn learner application which can be used with an OttoLearn account.

OttoLearn delivers daily Mastery Moments - short, two minute training bursts which first raise your learner’s mastery level, and then ensures long term retention.

As a learner, simply answer the question, indicate how confident you are in your answer, and learn from your answers. OttoLearn improves retention of subject materials over time, and is an excellent tool for compliance and certification training. OttoLearn’s proprietary algorithm calculates each learner’s individual learning/forgetting curve, reintroducing content over time to improve retention.
