Smart Thermometer
The KitchenAid® Smart Thermometer helps you achieve your ideal doneness with confidence for meat, pork, fish, and poultry, whether you’re grilling, roasting, smoking, air frying, or cooking on the stovetop. By monitoring both internal and ambient temperatures, it brings clarity and control to every cook, whatever’s on the menu.


Multiple sensors track both the internal temperature of your food and the surrounding heat, helping the thermometer respond accurately as cooking conditions change. A clear temperature graph lets you see how both temperatures develop over time, giving you a better understanding of how your cook is progressing.


Charging is quick and flexible. A full charge takes just 45 minutes using the included dock and USB charger, delivering up to 24 hours of runtime** for longer cooks like slow-roasted brisket. A 5-minute quick charge provides up to 5 hours** of continuous cooking. When the dock is fully charged and used to recharge the thermometer multiple times, it can support up to 175 total hours of cooking**. The magnetic dock adheres to metal surfaces for easy storage on your oven, grill, or refrigerator and, when docked and plugged in, the probe and dock charge at the same time.


The metal shaft of the thermometer has a maximum heat tolerance of 212°F (100°C) and take care not to expose the ceramic handle to direct flame or temperatures above 572°F (300°C). This product set comes with a one year limited warranty***.
