Tango Reserve Room Panel

Room Kiosk is an interactive digital sign for meeting rooms and workspaces which display today’s schedule for that space and allows instant reservations and check-ins. Using the touchscreen interface, reservations can be made, checked in and out, and time extended, and visually indicate the status of the meeting room. Each Room Kiosk sign comes delivered with the necessary hardware, system software and application necessary for full function. The client’s employee, room and floor plan information will be loaded into the Tango Reserve platform, the instance configured, and then made available for use through the digital sign.
