AirSewa is an initiative by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. It provides a common platform for air travelers to submit air travel related grievances and seek information about flight or airport operational in India.

The features and capabilities of AirSewa include the following:

Submit & Track Grievances: User can submit grievances for selected categories (E.g.: Airline, Airport) and track them

Check Flight Status: Check the live flight status of all current inbound and outbound flights

Flight Schedule: Check time table for all inbound and outbound flights operating for a specific route

Airport Information and Services: Check the services available in the selected airport. (E.g.: Delhi, Mumbai)

Help and FAQs: Get answers for common queries (E.g.: Passenger, Baggage)
