Torq Vendor

Torq Vendor (formerly Torq Mobile) is a scheduling app for medical device vendors. Vendors are automatically paired to cases, able to manage the upcoming schedule, view case details, see the status of teammates on the case, and manage expected house and loaner trays.

-- Case Schedule --
View a complete case schedule along with details around the surgery. For supported hospitals, view real time intraoperative updates i.e. when the incision is made, when the surgeon is closing etc.

-- Case Pairing --
Reps are automatically paired to relevant cases based on custom rules set up specifically in each territory. Reps also can accept or reject case assignments.

-- Notifications --
Real time notifications are sent to reps when cases are added, cancelled, or surgical details change.

-- Tray Management --
Report the house and loaner trays to hospitals needed for specific cases so that they know what to expect. For supported hospitals, pick from a library of tray names to enter the specific trays that can be expected.
