-choose how long they should be then play and pause them as you work!
-choose between multiple scheduling options:
-time you want to spend recurring on specific days of the week
-time you want to spend on specific dates
-time you want to spend in total weekly, monthly, or yearly
-and time you want to spend in total by a specific date

-receive notifications when you reach your time goal for a task
-choose music from your iTunes library to play as an alarm when your task completes.
-make a task for sleeping 7 hours and just play it when you go to sleep, don't worry about the time!
-lock the phone while in the app to play an alarm more than 30 seconds

-go to the activities tab and view your daily activity for any day in a beautiful 24-hour animating clock color-coated to your tasks.
-see your total active time for any given day
-view your tasks for each day and the sessions (playing time) of each task
-edit and delete existing tasks
