For mortgage or vehicle loans, the calculator has input screens for down payments, trade-ins, dealer incentives, insurance, property taxes, sales tax, and other expenses. Users can save loans for convenient access and they automatically synchronize across devices via iCloud (Pro Features required).
Accessing saved loans is easy, with loan details, progress tracking, and sharing options. Users can save, print, or share results with a single tap. The amortization schedule details how much of your payment goes towards interest and principal each month.
Users can create customized reports (requires Pro Features) in PDF, text or comma-separated values (CSV) files for spreadsheet import.
Modify loan input parameters to see how they affect payments, total interest, total payments, and loan term. Enhance loan management by making additional payments to calculate savings in time and money. Use the Progress Chart slider to visualize loan progress over time.
Loan2Me provides immediate answers for informed loan decisions. For vehicle loans, it offers customizable sales tax calculations based on state regulations. Compare cashback options with lower interest rates to help your decision making. Determine substantial savings from 20-year to 30-year mortgages.
