Pepco Smart Home

Pepco Smart Home is a pilot program designed to help residential customers in Maryland save energy, increase comfort and reduce energy costs. Participants in this program receive a Pepco Smart Home kit packed with easy-to-install smart devices like plugs, occupancy sensors, and large load controllers. Downloading the Pepco Smart Home app is the first step in getting your smart home up and running.

The Pepco Smart Home app guides you through the process of setting up your new smart home technology and helps you seamlessly manage your new smart devices from a single app. Through the app, you can:

· Monitor and control lighting, home appliances, smart thermostats and other devices remotely. Anytime, anywhere.

· Save energy by setting up automated smart home rules you customize to meet your specific energy needs.

· Reduce demand during conservation periods by going beyond thermostat adjustments and lowering other appliances’ energy use.

· And more!
