Precision Medicine involves the integration and analysis of your clinical and genomic data, now enabled by Apple’s HealthKit and Health Records initiatives. However, when a patient sees their physician, there is simply not enough time to manually find ALL of the iPhone Health Records that may be useful for them and their physician. Our app takes care of that by automating the record analysis process for one of the most important components of Precision Medicine: pharmacogenomics (i.e. using genetic data to find the optimal drugs for a patient).

This app is an informatics tool that leverages current pharmacogenomics documentation (e.g. Health Level Seven International [HL7]) to better organize and summarize your Health Records data, and to provide useful insights for Precision Health. In a nutshell, this app searches all of a patient’s iPhone Health Records, finds the most relevant ones related to pharmacogenomics and Precision Medicine, and displays results as a clean, simple “snapshot” which the patient can discuss with their physician. This app is designed to work directly alongside Apple’s Health app to improve doctor-patient communication of precision medicine and pharmacogenomics results.
