Using Augmented reality object recognition technology, the App will overlay digital information onto your real-life Costa Express machine. Just by holding your phones camera up to the machine, we will guide you through the whole troubleshooting process step by step.
The App also has a training feature whereby you can learn new skills and understand the machine better than before. Just like your very own Helpline advisor!
You will need to download the app, scan your unique QR code and log in with your Site ID. When in the app grant access to the camera and you are away!
