How it works:

Once the app is downloaded, you will be asked to enter your email and password. You will be directed to the mall, where you will see a list of stores in an orderly fashion. Here, you can click on the preferred store and browse the items available with the price and description displayed.

After you have added all the items you want in your bag, you can proceed to check out.

At the checkout page, you will be asked to enter your information to provide a safe and quick process to retrieve your item(s).

Pin location is available for precise location.

We integrated a professional delivery service to retrieve and delivery your purchases to make a fast and easy delivery process within 20 mins - 1hr.
You can choose where to have it an asap delivery or set a specific date and time you would want to get your items.

HAILO contains various categories where they are displayed in the categories section. Images of each categories is seen and you just enter the one you want to find the needed product.

Promotions is a page of its own where you can get notifications about offers and promotions by stores as well as watch advertisements to get more loyalty points.
Loyalty points; the more you shop and engage in advertising. The more you reach each tier of getting offers and credit from HAILO. You can redeem your point anytime you want to use.

Customers have the option to pay cash on delivery or through credit cards.
Customers can search using our search option with key words that will take them to the right items.
