Meperia Strategic Sourcing

Meperia Strategic Sourcing allows requisition approvers to review and process requisitions while on the go. The Approval Inbox displays requisitions to be approved and the total cost for each requisition. The requisition header contains information about the ordering departments and any savings opportunities. The requisition line has pictures, detailed item information, UOM/QOE, order quantity, price and extended cost. Requisition lines can be approved, rejected or set to pending clarification and the requisition can be submitted right from the mobile device.

If using the delegation feature, delegates will automatically be provided the Approval Inbox icon in their mobile application when the delegation period begins, and it is automatically removed at the end of the delegation period.
