App Description

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Visual Site Inspection Report (VSIR) app provides inspectors the ability to submit mandatory routine (daily or weekly) reports for construction sites in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) mandate to ensure proper operation of any stormwater mitigation devices specified in permits issued by the EPA or state or local environmental agency.

User must log in to the app using their CWOPA and/or Business Partner (B-) credentials to create new reports and view submitted reports on their assigned construction projects. CWOPA Accounts are provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for state employees, and Business Partner accounts are available via sign-up within the app.

Compatibility - iPad must be on iOS 16 or higher.
