App Description

This is a clinical study to assess the impact of Kegel exercise contraction duration, relaxation duration, and exercise frequency, on time to recovery of urinary continence following robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Some study subjects will utilize a novel smartphone based biofeedback App called Kegel Nation to potentially learn to improve the quality of their Kegel exercises and to track their urinary function.
