The Prescribe FIT mobile app called PACE (Prescribe, Assess, Connect, & Engage) is exclusively for patients from our partner practices who’ve been prescribed our virtual lifestyle health program.

The PACE mobile app allows you to:

• Quickly & easily sync your Prescribe FIT Smart Scale or A&D Bluetooth Weight Scale
• Follow along with simple workouts you can do at home
• Record meals with pictures and ratings from you and your Care Coordinator
• Stay motivated with automated reminders and gamified “Weigh In Streaks”
• Engage in educational pathways to understand healthy choices
• View progress towards your weight loss goals
