Lumi Nova is a National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommended therapeutic mobile game that enables children & young people to learn life-long skills to self-manage their worries and build resilience through exposure therapy and psychoeducation.

Lumi Nova is for children aged 7-12 experiencing mild to moderate anxiety. It is not recommended for use by children with severe anxiety, in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or at risk of self-harm without the support of a mental health professional.

GETTING STARTED:

1. Register for your Game Key by visiting: https://luminova.app/get-access
2. Download and access Lumi Nova using your Game Key and complete the parent set up by shortlisting 3 Missions with your young person
3. Each Mission contains 3 goals and is broken down into several small challenges to help your young person achieve success
4. The first few challenges (imagine, draw, photos, and videos) in their first goal, happen in the game, while the rest happen in real life.
5. Parents/Guardians will need to unlock and support young people to complete real life challenges
