This app provides you the opportunity to audit the health and safety conditions of your workplace. Hazard concerns can be identified and reported so that action can be taken to reduce or eliminate risks.

The app guides you through 12 distinct health and safety topics, prompting you to describe the hazard, identify its source/cause, and to provide your ideas on how to fix it. It also allows you to take pictures and mark them up with circles and arrows if needed. Then create a PDF report which can be emailed to your organization’s workplace health and safety contacts for follow-up.
