App Description

Carrier, driver and employee transportation personas can utilize Transportation Mobile User. Carriers can review and respond to load tender requests. In addition, the solution allows real-time stop-based updates to be generated, including ETAs and stop confirmations, providing enhanced visibility to the operational progression of loads and trips. Drivers can review and respond to haulage offers and subsequently process pick-up and delivery operations at each stop including the ability to view and manage dock commitments and record hours of service. Drivers and carriers can attach proof of delivery documents by taking a digital signature with actual received quantities or clicking and attaching images of damaged goods/equipment to facilitate faster dispute resolution.

Note: This version of the app supports JDA TM 2019.2.0.0. For older TM versions please download JDA TMU Classic. Must hold a JDA enterprise license in order to use the application.
