Further, MindZone® also provides mindfulness courses, meditation guidance, daily reminders, and more to help you fall asleep, or simply calm down throughout the day. No matter your goals, MindZone® is here to aid in your night’s sleep and deep relaxation.
MindZone® FEATURES:
• Various sleep sounds and white noise options, such as nature sounds like Rain Sounds, Ocean Waves, Waterfalls, Campfire, Thunderstorm, and many more.
• Sound Machine available. Mix and match nature sounds, white noise, and more to create the perfect, personal mix for you.
• Soothing music and bedtime stories for relaxation, focus, and sleep, so that you can improve your physical as well as mental health.
• A series of mindfulness courses to help aid you in achieving specific goals, such as relaxation, self-improvement, and sleep quality.
