Q: Why do I need a wine list scanner?
A: Wine lists can be quite extensive, sometimes over a hundred pages in length with thousands of wines. This makes it almost impossible, even for the most experienced sommeliers (pronounced suh·muhl·yay, a trained wine expert that works for a restaurant) to make a recommendation taking all wines into consideration.
