The National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools is led and constructed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is committed to providing professional, high-quality, and systematic educational services to a wide range of primary and secondary schools, teachers, students, and parents through digital technology. It aims to narrow the regional and urban-rural education gap and promote the high-quality and balanced development of basic education. The platform has built educational resources across 15 sections, including moral education, curriculum teaching, physical education, aesthetic education, labor education, after-school services, preschool education, special education, teacher training, family education, educational reform experience, textbooks, artificial intelligence education, science and technology education, and local channels. Currently, some textbook versions of curriculum teaching resources have been made available online, and resources from other textbook versions will be selected and launched gradually. The types of resources will also continue to be enriched. The platform provides educational and teaching functional services in 10 application scenarios, including autonomous learning, teacher preparation, teacher teaching, dual-teacher classroom, homework activities, tutoring and counseling, after-school services, teacher training, home-school interaction, and collaborative management. These services effectively support the development of various activities in teaching, learning, research, management, and evaluation. The platform will continue to deepen the integration of educational scenarios and technological innovation, creating an integrated educational ecosystem of "home-school-community" to provide personalized and intelligent services for a wide range of users.
