The Game App is the ultimate tool for motivating real-estate investors and winning internal weekly prizes between partners while achieving everything that is possible and desired. This app was designed to help Phil Grove's Big Dogs achieve more at REIs and is intended to be used by Phill Grove's BigDog Group, which is a private REI Group within Texas.

"The Game" - is a Process to identify what you want (Your Life Goals), how to get it (The Action Plan), and to then motivate you to execute your action to achieve all of your goals.
"The Game" - is a game you play to execute the process
"The Game" - is an App you use, to play the game and win personal prizes if you achieve your weekly actions.

"The Game" is executed in 3 steps:
Step 1: Identify Everything You Want! (Your Life Goals)
Step 2: Create Measurable Objectives, Strategies (The How) & Tactics (The What) that make up your Action Plan
Step 3: Execute Actions motivated by The Game
