See your live heart rate on your watch face with HeartFace.

This app lets you run a mindfulness workout to see your live heart rate on your watch face. You can then set a target heart rate so that you can see when you are calm or stressed assuming you aren't exercising.

This is great for staying calm in meetings or checking you are calm when meditating.

You will see a red heart when your heart rate is high and then a green heart when your heart rate gets below the target. You can see this in the modular complication too!
