The app enables you to quickly log a service, monitor status, service reports and generate new enquiries. The customer can sign up with basic details, and preferred service .to log a complaint or request a service just tap on the “create token”. A unique reference number will get generated and the complaint can be tracked or escalate using this number via the app.
