As Covid-19 has impacted our world we at keet health want to help Essential Employers and Hospitals Systems better take care of their employees, patients, and customers by providing solutions to help with staff shortages, employee mental health, and employee and customer/patient safety. We are doing this by:

1. Building models that will help essential industries such as hospitals, grocery stores, & supply chains to understand workforce impact based on surveillance data and employee based data. These employers that are keeping our country running need to understand if they are about to lose 20% of their workforce to covid-19 related absences. As front line workers are impacted they have to understand staffing capacity more than ever.

2. Employees in essential industries are dealing with a lot of stress. Keet is working with experts in Behavioral Health to provide assessments for employees. Based on employee answers these assessments can drive realtime behavioral health education or drive users to EAPs or other behavioral health experts.

3. Employee and Customer Safety is a big issue today with essential industries. Every day new life saving safety measures are coming out. All this constant new data is hard to manage and our solution can deliver education to the right person based on their job. We can also help with safety by giving a voice to frontline employees. Our solution allows employees to offer recommendations or lead employees through a structured questionnaire to provide feedback. This data can be aggregated up or alerts can be created to improve safety in realtime.
