Employees showcase their skill set and are able to post their current credentials. Employers describe the type of facility they are staffing for and list work locations. Employees are rated by Employers. Employers are rated by Employees. Any individual or agency that falls below a three star rating will be removed from the App.

Employees interact directly with Employers in rate negotiations and shifts worked. Earnings are paid directly to the Employee by the Employer through either PayPal, CashApp, or Venmo.
