Stamford Health Flare

Stamford Health Flare is a mobile app that allows physicians from both the community and Stamford Health to make specialty care referrals to doctors at Stamford.

The app has been designed so that providers and their staff can search quickly through a comprehensive directory of Stamford Health physicians. Searches can be tailored to a variety of factors including location, specialty and clinical interest.

Once referrals are made through the mobile app, patients are sent a digital business card with all the pertinent information about the specialist and receive a direct phone call from Stamford schedulers to book their appointment.
